5. Pricing and payment
Service prices may be stated in an individual proposal, quotation or agreement, depending on the engagement.

The usual operating currency is the Paraguayan guaraní (PYG).
Unless otherwise agreed, LarumStudio may require full or partial payment in advance before work begins.
6. Delivery times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary according to the service, workload and the speed with which the client provides the required material.
As a general guideline:
- Essential Plan: 24 hours
- Pro Plan: up to 48 hours
- Premium Plan: up to 72 hours
- Videos: up to 3 business days
- Property packages: according to volume and demand
Timelines begin once all material required to perform the service correctly has been received.
7. Cancellations, revisions and guarantee
Unless otherwise stated in the proposal or agreement:
- If work has not begun, a full refund may be considered.
- Once work has begun, no refund will be available.
- Once the work has been delivered, cancellations will not be accepted.
Each service includes one revision, unless a different condition is expressly stated.
In some cases, LarumStudio may offer a second optimisation as a performance guarantee, within the scope of the engaged service. This guarantee does not entail a refund.
8. Client responsibility
The client is responsible for providing truthful, current and sufficient information for the proper performance of the service.
The client further warrants that they hold the necessary rights, permissions or authorisations for any images, text, plans, logos or other material shared with LarumStudio.
LarumStudio no será responsable de errores, retrasos o resultados deficientes derivados de información incompleta, incorrecta o entregada fuera de plazo por el cliente.
9. Nature of the services
All services offered by LarumStudio are exclusively digital.
Las propuestas visuales, imágenes optimizadas, rediseños virtuales y demás materiales entregados tienen finalidad comercial, promocional y de presentación. No constituyen obras físicas ni reformas reales del inmueble.
El cliente es responsable de utilizar dichos materiales de forma adecuada, transparente y conforme a la normativa aplicable en materia publicitaria, contractual e inmobiliaria.
10. Intellectual property
Todos los contenidos de este sitio web, incluyendo textos, imágenes, diseños, logotipos, estructura, elementos gráficos y demás materiales, son propiedad de LarumStudio o se utilizan con la debida autorización.
Queda prohibida su reproducción, distribución, transformación, comunicación pública o explotación sin autorización previa y por escrito.
Respecto a los trabajos contratados, el cliente podrá utilizar el material final entregado para los fines propios del servicio una vez realizado el pago completo. LarumStudio se reserva el derecho de mostrar dichos trabajos en su portfolio o canales promocionales, salvo acuerdo de confidencialidad.
11. Portfolio and promotion
LarumStudio podrá mostrar proyectos realizados como parte de su portfolio profesional, redes sociales o materiales comerciales, con el objetivo de presentar ejemplos reales de su trabajo.
Si un proyecto está sujeto a confidencialidad o existe acuerdo expreso de no difusión, dicho material no será publicado.
12. Disclaimer of warranties and liability
LarumStudio does not guarantee specific commercial results, including the sale, rental or closing of real estate transactions.
Los servicios están orientados a mejorar la presentación visual y el atractivo comercial de los inmuebles, pero el resultado final depende también de factores externos como el precio, la ubicación, la demanda del mercado, la estrategia comercial o la gestión del cliente.
Tampoco se garantiza la disponibilidad continua del sitio web ni la ausencia de errores técnicos, interrupciones o incidencias derivadas de terceros.
